Download the 2012 ScheduleOur SBF @ Schools Program brings award-winning writers into middle and high schools, colleges and universities to talk to students about their work. Since its founding in 2008, the Festival has introduced thousands of young people to dozens of authors, adding depth and breadth to their curricula. Both students and authors rave about their experiences in this program: the authors love talking to educated young people about their writing, while the students cherish this chance to pick the brains of renowned authors. And the entire program is provided FREE to area schools, adding yet another wonderful service component of the Savannah Book Festival.
