A luncheon with Pulitzer Prize-winning author Geraldine Brooks.Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 12:00 noon at The Plantation Club at the Landings on Skidaway Island.
Have a delicious lunch and enjoy a presentation by the New York Times bestselling fiction author of Caleb’s Crossing, People of the Book, March (2006 Pulitzer Prize in Fiction) Years of Wonder and the non-fiction works Nine Parts of Desire and Foreign Correspondence.
Following Ms. Brooks presentation, there will be a brief Q&A period and book sales and signing.

A welcome glass or red or white wine will be served compliments of the Landings Club on arrival in the Plantation Club Ballroom.
Village Chicken Salad
Grilled marinated breast of chicken served over a blend of baby lettuce with herb cheese crumble, sweet Italian peppers, artichoke hearts and served with balsamic vinaigrette
Dessert
Raspberry and Lemon sorbet with fresh berries served in a martini glass with whipped cream.
Includes homemade dinner rolls and butter

Seating is limited but is open to the public.
Reservations are available to the public and will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Payment must be made at the time of reservation by sending a check made payable to: Savannah Book Festival and mailed to One Diamond Causeway, Suite 21, and Box 331 Savannah, GA 31406. Please note Geraldine Brooks Luncheon on the memo area of the check. If you are paying by check, you will receive confirmation upon receipt of payment. If you would prefer an email confirmation, please send your email address in with the check.
Reservations and payments may also be made and paid for online at SavannahBookFestival.org. Reservations are non-refundable, but are transferrable.
Non-Landings residents with reservations will be issued a pass for the event upon arrival at the main gate.
