Meet Our New Development Director: Anne Cordeiro!

Meet Anne Cordeiro, our new Development Director. She took on her first professional fundraising role more than 15 years ago after a career in public relations with and journalism. Raised in Savannah, Anne is a graduate of Wesleyan College in Macon, GA and earned her Master’s degree at Armstrong State Atlantic University. She achieved her Certified Fund Raiser Executive designation in 2019.

Anne is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Savannah South, her third Rotary Club during her more than 20 years with the civic organization. Outside of work, Anne loves to walk, is a fan of British cozy mysteries, solving the NY Times mini puzzles, and spending time with her cats, husband, and family.

Anne’s current favorite read is The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. “I felt for Addie and was struck by her desire to be remembered. Isn’t that something all of us seek? To be remembered.”
